About the role
You will own the reliability of automation across enterprise engagements: frameworks that stay green, suites that engineers trust, and a quality bar the whole pod is proud of.
What you'll do
- Design CI-integrated frameworks built for stability, not just coverage.
- Diagnose and fix flaky, order-dependent, and brittle suites.
- Set the quality bar for the pods you work with.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in test automation for enterprise systems.
- Deep experience with a modern automation stack (Playwright, Selenium, or similar).
- Fluency in CI/CD pipelines and test reliability engineering.
Nice to have
- Exposure to BFSI, aviation, or healthcare delivery.
- AI-assisted test generation.
