About the role
Own the pipeline that turns risky releases into predictable, measured events, with real go/no-go signals engineers can act on.
What you'll do
- Build risk-scored release gates that give real go or no-go signals.
- Automate rollback rehearsal and environment parity checks.
- Bring release confidence into the tools engineers already use.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in release, build, or platform engineering.
- Strong scripting and pipeline automation skills.
- Track record of shipping to production safely at scale.
Nice to have
- Experience with progressive delivery / feature flags.
