Agile training is not a certificate, it is a capability

Most organizations treat agile training as a course to check off, a few days of workshops followed by a certificate. We treat it as the start of a longer engagement that begins with an honest read on where the team actually stands and ends with leaders and team members who can coach themselves once we are gone. The difference shows up months later, when one organization still says it does agile and the other actually runs that way.

Our agile training runs in Pune and Delhi as a series of interactive workshops and courses rather than a single seminar, because the methodology only sinks in when people practice it instead of just hearing about it. The sessions are built to give an organization a working foundation before the harder job of transformation begins. Alongside training we run a consulting service for teams that want direct help becoming more agile, plus studio, media, and innovation lab work for organizations building new products, brands, or capabilities from scratch.

Training starts with an assessment, not a syllabus

Rather than opening with a fixed curriculum, the engagement typically starts with a readiness assessment of where the organization already stands, then moves into whatever mix of transition support, tool optimization, and project evaluation that assessment points to. The coaching does not stop at the team doing the day-to-day work either. Leaders get coached on how to support agile ways of working, not just the people executing it, and the goal is a level of competency the organization can point to once the engagement ends, not just attendance records.

  • Agile readiness assessment, done before the curriculum is set
  • Coaching for agile leaders, not just the delivery team
  • Coaching for agile team members, so new habits outlast the workshop
  • An agile competency framework to measure progress once training ends

A certificate proves someone sat through a course, a competency framework proves the organization changed.

Trainers who have actually done the job

The trainers running these sessions have worked in the industry themselves, which is why they teach with market-based scenarios instead of textbook ones, and they are available on-screen throughout to answer questions as they come up. Scheduling is built around the client rather than a fixed calendar, typically starting with a whiteboard call to learn about the company before a demo session is set, with classes running through the day and into the evening depending on what works for the team. The course itself does not require any particular programming language and is open to recent graduates as much as experienced staff, and a soft copy of the full syllabus is handed over afterward so the material stays available as a reference.
